Alan and I had a super walk on the Long Mynd on Friday. These pictures were taken at Pole Bank, the highest point. It was a cracking 5 hour walk and as you can see we were met with some nice arctic conditions

    Great to have your blog to look at and catch up with Edmund Hilary and his training schedule! Wow, the Long Mynd looks cold!
