Dementia is a desease that will affect 1 in 3 people over the age of 65 so it is something that will touch all of us and it is great to be doing something that will help people with Alzheimers and people who are there carers

I thought I might post these pictures on my blog to show you who my Mum and Dad are. My dad passed away last August and my Mum has Alzheimer's. I have booked up to go to the Himalayas in November raising money for the Alzheimer's Society and am amazed already how much money has come in.

Well here it is my first blog attempt. I'm on my way to keeping you informed easily to my great adventures of fund raisng and travels to far distant lands raising money for The Alzheimers Society
